Keeping up all the fitness even in my own living room CrossFit box:). Yes, it looks a bit different, but hey I’m all in with my weighted backpack.  Still made me sweat and complain so guess it’s working haha

Catfish Catching

C helped S pull in her first catfish! Good times on his boat:)
