Birthday Girl

We celebrated Bug’s birthday a little early since they go back to school  earlier this year. We had some Chinese and cupcakes for everyone. Can’t believe the “baby” is a teenager now?!? Thanks to everyone for making my girl feel celebrated.

I read that the player with the highest single season average ever was a man named Hugh Duffy in 1896, and his average was just .440. There are two ways to get into God’s Hall of Faith, to get into Heaven. The first is to have a perfect life, with no errors, and batting one thousand in every area of life. But the Bible clearly states that no individual can do that. So, God provided another way. There is a way to Heaven and to receiving the righteousness of God. How do we get right with God? We put our full weight down on the Lord Jesus Christ. God Himself provides the righteousness we need. So, when God looks upon us, He doesn’t see someone who batted 260, or even 440. Party Crew

Spent a little time in downtown Woodstock last night with the gym peoples. I even made my way over to the arcade for some Donkey Kong and pinball to wrap up the night!

Girls Trip

The girls and I snuck off for a little overnight trip to Blue Ridge. Making memories I hope! Cute little town not very far away. Enjoying this last week of summer with my girls:)

Pool Time

Check out our new neighborhood pool lol. No, not really, but Kay and Tony right down the street have been nice enough to let us share their neighborhood pool. We have taken full advantage!  Enjoying these last days of summer with the kids. Thanks K and T:)
