Authentic Canadian Poutine

Poutine is a Canadian dish consisting of french fries topped with fresh cheese curds and hot gravy. Originating in Quebec in the 1950s, it has become an iconic symbol of Canadian cuisine. A classic poutine features crispy fries, squeaky cheese curds that don't fully melt, and a rich, hot gravy, though variations with other toppings are also popular.
