Soaking It Up

Spending a bit of time poolside this week! Trying to relax a bit and enjoy the pool before the season is over.  Makes it even better when my peeps join me:)

The Artist

Look at how creative my littlest is these days.  She is my true introvert and you can find her doing her own thing in solitude most of the time. That is her happy place and she thrives there.  I do love that she enjoys sharing her creations with me though and is always ready for a picture too!

Strongside Party

Lisa had a little gathering for all of us 8amers from the box.  Love these people and it was great to see everyone with makeup and even their hair brushed lol. A great mix of people and a fun little party.

Pumpkin Fever

Dunkin has their pumpkin donuts back in stock!  Sunday morning routine with my Little’s:) It wasn’t that long ago when I had all 5 in tow every Sunday am for donuts.  Treasuring my time spent with my people each and every day.  I admit I may complain a bit here and there... but honestly I wouldn’t trade this for anything!  And to think I could have missed this, so glad God has the best plans.

Date Night

Well sorta;). Was dinner and movie night with these peeps.  Friday night fun!  Good movie (but a bit triggering for my littles) but a great message overall.

25 Years Workiversary

Sent this email to my boss today:
Twenty five years ago today was my first day at MaxTech as a young naive receptionist… boy have we been on a wild ride ever since LOL!  Happy to have spent the last 25 years together indeed!!  Grateful and thankful for everything you have provided for my family over the past 25 years :)  Only need about 15 more until retirement!!

To which he replied:

Weekend Wins

S and her friends went to the big rival football game on Friday night... Lassiter won!  I’m still not a fan of her looking like a real teenager these days though lol.  G spent some time getting the van ready for our big adventure next month.  Oh and looks like he had his own personal assistant helping too:). We all spent some time in the pool this weekend.  It’s been super hot this week.  And finally, a big win for this mom was having all my people in church with me today! Only managed one pic at lunch today, but trust me they were all there:)

Birthdays Galore

Sheila has everyone over to celebrate the grandkids birthdays. Big turnout for Autumn, Lizzie and Cole today.  Happy day:)
