Apple Stop

Now you know we didn’t go all the way to Hiawassee without stopping by the Apple Barn first. Love me some fried apple pie!

We all skipped school and work and headed for the hills on Friday. Larry Gatlin and the Gatlin Brothers were in concert at the Hiawassee Fairgrounds. Love our traditions on going to the fair and the girls do too. More of being intentional and making memories with my people:)

Bestie Adventures

Yep Lori and I were at in again today seeing a little of this and a little if that. We fell in over our heads (after thrifting first of course) when we thought checking out the Chalktoberfest at the Marietta Squate would be a great idea lol. As you can see, a few thousand other people thought it would be a good idea as well wow! We made the best of it and Bug scored some cotton candy and F scored some bubble tea... win-win.

My Singer

S has her first chorus concert as a big 8th grader! She did fabulous of course. No big audience this round since it was just at her school. The girls and I even walked all the way to the concert by ourselves lol;)

She’s My Hero

Bug is actually MY hero! She melted my heart with this picture she brought home from school today. Love her to pieces! This is what she wrote:

A hero is someone who can make a difference in your life and might risk their life for you. My hero is my mom because she is brave and kind. She helps me when I need help. She cooks amazing food and she protects me. No one could replace her as my hero.

Pumpkin Season

It’s that time already?!? Went ventured out to the good ole pumpkin patch this afternoon. Only two littles in tow this year. Guess they are all growing up on me whether I like it or not. Will be Halloween before you know it!

Back to Real Life

Scored another screw in a tire last night and T woke up with sore throat... ugh. Just another typical day in the life of me lol. Daddy to the rescue again and grateful for insurance to cover the dr visit!
