G has it looking so cute! And we got to see some good old fashioned Christmas singing and dancing this weekend! And we gave Lucas and Autumn a little early present to make and enjoy as well…. Here comes Christmas ready or not :)

We ventured to Gainesville for a night of lights and Christmas fun!

Thanksgiving isn’t just a day on the calendar…

it’s a thousand little moments

It’s the sound of someone you love

laughing in the kitchen,

the warmth of a hug you didn’t know you needed,

It’s babies toddling around the living room,

grandparents telling stories we’ve memorized,

and grown children coming home

to the place that still feels like home.

It’s mismatched plates,

burnt rolls,

too many desserts,

and one room full of people

trying their best in a life that moves too fast.

It’s choosing to be present,

to slow down,

to look around the table and think,

“This. This is what I’m thankful for.”

Because someday these will be

the moments you ache to relive—

the noise,

the chaos,

the love,

the togetherness.

So take it in.

All of it.

The imperfect, beautiful, ordinary magic
